Responsibilities

  • Manage and process incoming leads efficiently and accurately
  • Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and email
  • Schedule meetings for Managing Partners and provide support during client interactions
  • Prepare high-quality sales presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Monitor lead progress and provide regular activity and performance reports
  • Conduct analyses related to leads and business development metrics
  • Support Managing Partners with administrative and organizational tasks related to sales and client management
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align efforts and achieve business objectives

Our Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., Sales Support, Sales Assistant, or Business Development Assistant)
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written, minimum C1 level in both); French is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks independently
  • High attention to detail, particularly in managing data and documentation
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems and sales processes
  • Experience preparing professional presentations and proposals
  • A professional appearance and friendly, confident demeanor — you will often be the first point of contact for clients
  • A collaborative team player who is committed to achieving shared goals and supporting leadership
