With 115 experts that speak fluent in English, German, French, and Italian, Frista ensures efficient international collaboration.
We combine two unique strengths: Process Fixers who eliminate root-cause errors in AP/AR/GL, and Accountants who partner with clients to improve their processes.
Our Senior Accountants bring over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, delivering excellence in accounts payable, process optimization, and international client service.

Our client needed better coordination of supplier payments, clearer financial planning, and stronger alignment between Treasury, AP, and Business Units. The payment process was inconsistent, reactive, and lacked full transparency — creating risks for cash flow stability and vendor relationships.
Frista implemented a structured Weekly Payment Execution Process. This initiative was developed by the Treasury Team in collaboration with Accounts Payable (AP) and Business Units to streamline payment management in a dynamic operational environment. The solution included a clear weekly schedule, defined responsibilities, invoice prioritization, cross-functional checkpoints, and regular cash-flow reviews to create a disciplined, data-driven workflow.

By implementing this structured payment execution workflow —supported by clear checkpoints and process mapping — Frista was able to maintain financial stability and vendor trust. The initiative improved cross-departmental coordination, reinforced financial governance, and ensured timely execution of payments aligned with available cash flow.

We successfully implemented an automated solution for our client in the fashion retail industry that updates stock levels in SAP based on the actual quantities received from stores. Whenever a stock adjustment request is triggered by the store system, Corrections Bot logs into SAP and automatically corrects the quantities – quickly, accurately, and without manual input.

The previous process for handling stock corrections was entirely manual and time-consuming. It began at the store level, where employees would write and send free-text emails describing missing items or discrepancies. Once received, an Inventory Specialist had to manually log into the ERP system, investigate the issue, apply the necessary correction, and then send a confirmation email back to the store. This approach could lead to delays, inconsistent communication, and human errors, especially under high workload conditions.
With the introduction of automation, the process has been significantly streamlined. Store teams now use a simple, standardized email template and send it to a designated mailbox. From there, a robot takes over — it reads the email, logs into the ERP system, performs the correction automatically, and sends the confirmation email back to the store without any human intervention.
The solution integrates directly with SAP, navigating its interface and executing corrections with precision — a task that typically requires trained personnel. This makes the automation not only efficient but also highly valuable in environments where SAP is a core system.

Most importantly, corrections are now processed much faster. Inventory discrepancies are resolved more quickly, helping maintain accurate stock levels and reducing the risk of lost sales due to unavailable items. Store employees spend less time on administrative tasks and more time focusing on sales, customer service, and in-store operations.
