I joined Frista three years ago as a Cash Collection Specialist with French. After some time, I decided to change my career path and moved to the accounting department, where I now work with a completely different client. Over time, my role has evolved — my work was recognized, and I was entrusted with additional responsibilities related to administration and internal department coordination.
With the company’s support, I completed the first-level SKwP accounting course and participated in the internal 12-month development program Lean Ambassadors. In the near future, I plan to start the second-level SKwP course and take advantage of Frista’s language training offer to continue developing my skills — all thanks to the company’s ongoing support. I am constantly looking for new areas within the organization where I can grow and expand my knowledge. I value the opportunity to learn through practice and to have a real impact on processes.

I started at Frista in September 2018, seeking a role where I could use German. After successfully applying for the AR Junior position, I began a challenging trial period that required independence due to the team’s small size. I quickly gained new skills in accounting, SAP, and processes, while also improving my English through daily use.

My skills, motivation and engagement were noticed and during my more than 7 years at Frista I was promoted to Accountant, Senior Accountant, Supervisor and at the same time I was given the independent position of Cash Administrator. I completed 2accounting courses at the Accountants Association in Poland. I am currently the Team Leader of 2 teams and feel that the company has given me the opportunity for continuous development and to work with foreign customers and the German language.

Hi, I'm Justyna, and my adventure with Frista began in September 2020 in the Travel team at Tally, but the pandemic quickly changed my plans and directed me to the newly formed Customer Care team. Amid challenges and an intense pace, I discovered how much I enjoy developing and taking on new tasks. Thanks to my commitment and willingness to learn, I was promoted to Customer Senior Agent, Supervisor, and today I am a Team Leader.
Each stage of this journey has taught me that perseverance and openness to change lead to success. After work, I devote my time to my three-year-old son.

I joined FRISTA in 2024 as a Junior Accountant, excited to be part of a growing team in Dhaka Office. Over time, I was given opportunities to take on more responsibilities, and in early 2025, I was promoted to Accountant Coordinator. The journey has been both challenging and rewarding, with constant learning and support from my colleagues.

What I appreciate most is the collaborative culture and the trust FRISTA places in its people. The Dhaka office feels like an amazing place to work in — vibrant, inclusive, and full of energy. I’ve grown not just professionally but personally; thanks to the mentorship and encouragement I’ve received from my superiors.

Pre-onboarding

Welcome to the team! We’ll guide you through the onboarding process to make sure you feel comfortable and ready to start your journey with us.

Onboarding

We will contact you to determine the details of the start of work and adjust the deployment mode to the mode of operation you have chosen. We will send you the necessary documentst o fill in, an hourly agenda for implementation and answer your questions. We will also take care of booking accommodation in Warsaw for you.

First day at work

We invite you to the office – the first two days are signing documents, general implementation to the company, during which you will hear about the history of the company, its structure, and activities. We will also invite you to take part in some necessary training. On the third day of the induction, under the supervision of a tutor, you will begin the induction into your duties.

Appraisal

Annual Appraisal and Job Mission are an annual series of meetings where we summarize and evaluate the past year and define goals and plans for the following year. It’s a moment when you can talk with your superior about your aspirations and plans. It’s time to give and receive feedback on both sides.

Training

You can take part in the training that we offer as part of Frista University. Through this program, all our employees can improve their skills and acquire new knowledge.

Development

You can take part in projects that are ongoing in the company in the areas of automation, artificial intelligence, process optimization and many others. You decide which project you want to take part in.

Career growth

If you feel like it's time to make a change and learn something new, it's worth talking to your supervisor about changing the area you work in. You can use two options:
1.  Applying for a published position through internal recruitment. All you have to do is apply for the process, send your CV, have a recruitment meeting with the new boss and the recruitment department.
2.  Talk to your immediate supervisor during the periodic assessment about the change.

Offboarding

When it’s time to move on, we make the process smooth and respectful. You will meet your manager and HR to finish formalities, share your feedback, and pass on key knowledge toy our team. You will be invited to have an exit interview with our HR team, complete all documentation and send us the necessary equipment. We appreciate your work and stay in touch - once part of our team, always part of Frista community.
