Welcome to the team! We’ll guide you through the onboarding process to make sure you feel comfortable and ready to start your journey with us.
We will contact you to determine the details of the start of work and adjust the deployment mode to the mode of operation you have chosen. We will send you the necessary documentst o fill in, an hourly agenda for implementation and answer your questions. We will also take care of booking accommodation in Warsaw for you.


We invite you to the office – the first two days are signing documents, general implementation to the company, during which you will hear about the history of the company, its structure, and activities. We will also invite you to take part in some necessary training. On the third day of the induction, under the supervision of a tutor, you will begin the induction into your duties.
Annual Appraisal and Job Mission are an annual series of meetings where we summarize and evaluate the past year and define goals and plans for the following year. It’s a moment when you can talk with your superior about your aspirations and plans. It’s time to give and receive feedback on both sides.


You can take part in the training that we offer as part of Frista University. Through this program, all our employees can improve their skills and acquire new knowledge.
You can take part in projects that are ongoing in the company in the areas of automation, artificial intelligence, process optimization and many others. You decide which project you want to take part in.


If you feel like it's time to make a change and learn something new, it's worth talking to your supervisor about changing the area you work in. You can use two options:
1. Applying for a published position through internal recruitment. All you have to do is apply for the process, send your CV, have a recruitment meeting with the new boss and the recruitment department.
2. Talk to your immediate supervisor during the periodic assessment about the change.
When it’s time to move on, we make the process smooth and respectful. You will meet your manager and HR to finish formalities, share your feedback, and pass on key knowledge toy our team. You will be invited to have an exit interview with our HR team, complete all documentation and send us the necessary equipment.
